FAQs

  • During a trance healing session, the healer enters an altered state of consciousness also known as a trance. This allows the healer to blend her energy with her spirit healing team so that she becomes a conduit between the recipient and the spirit healing team. This allows the spirit healing team to direct energetic healing to the recipient.  If desired, the healer will provide feedback throughout the session.  Trance healing can facilitate emotional, physical, or spiritual healing, clearing any energetic blocks to achieve the best possible outcome for the recipient.

Trance healing is often sought for a variety of issues, including:

    - Physical ailments

    - Emotional distress (e.g., anxiety, depression)

    - Spiritual disconnection

    - Trauma recovery

    - Stress management

    - Enhancing personal growth and well-being

  • Trance healing is generally considered safe, especially when conducted by a trained and experienced practitioner. However, it is essential for recipients to feel comfortable and to communicate any concerns with the healer. On the rare occasion that the healer does not consider the process to be suitable for a client, they should not conduct the healing and provide feedback to the client as to why they believe this modality is not right for them. In this case, the client would receive a full refund of any monies paid.

  • Sessions typically last anywhere from 30 to 45 minutes, depending on the healer's approach and the needs of the recipient. Sessions will start with a discussion to ensure that the recipient understands the process before the healing can start.

  • During a session, the healer will lead the recipient in a meditation taking them into an energetic healing space, using guided imagery, or breath work to enter a trance state. While not all recipients of trance healing will achieve the trance state, this does not impact on the effectiveness of the healing and you will almost certainly experience a deep state of relaxation. Occasionally, a recipient of this type of healing will experience emotional releases or insights during the process.

  • While belief can enhance the experience, many people report benefits from trance healing regardless of their initial beliefs. Openness and a willingness to receive healing can be more important than belief alone.

  • The number of sessions required varies greatly among individuals. Some may experience significant relief after one session, while others may require further sessions. It often depends on the nature of the issues being addressed and the individual's healing journey. Frequently 2 or 3 sessions 4 weeks apart would be required with 3 to 6 monthly follow ups.

  • Yes, trance healing can complement other healing modalities, including psychotherapy, physical therapy, or traditional medical treatments. For other energetic healing modalities, it is advisable to allow 7 days minimum between sessions. It's essential to communicate with all practitioners involved to ensure a cohesive approach to healing and important for the recipient to disclose any existing physical, mental or emotional issues to the healer.

  • Many people can learn to practice trance healing with proper training and guidance. It usually involves developing skills in meditation, energy work, and connecting with spiritual guides. For information on workshops and courses available, ask your trance healer.

  • Trance healing is not a substitute for conventional medical treatment. It can be used as a complementary approach, but individuals should always consult with healthcare professionals for medical issues.
